I herewith attach the completed Customer Service Survey as requested. However, I would very much like to add the following regarding the service I received from your company.

Two years ago, my wife and I decided to investigate the possibility of emigration. However, we were frequently reminded that this is not an easy exercise and that so many people have had bad experiences with consultants. A friend eventually referred us to the International Immigration Alliance in Johannesburg, from whom we received excellent advice and service. However, employment remained the crucial issue and via the Alliance we were referred to your firm. After careful consideration, we decided to request an Employability Report from RWH International Inc.. Much to our amazement, within days we received a telephone call from yourself, confirming our application. Moreover, we were not prepared for the actual report itself, which was professional and thorough to the extreme. The most important aspect of the report was that it was very accurate even indicating my weaker points! The fact that this report was realistic and truthful, prompted us to go for the plunge; requesting the ‘Full-Service Job Search Program’.

The name of this service says it all, as we were to discover over the next 3 months. Despite various setbacks, Manjit Binning persisted and eventually set up 7 interviews. I had to undertake the journey alone because of financial constraints, but your firm was a partner in the whole exercise. I was thoroughly prepared in necessary interview strategies. After every interview you took the time to review the process and you identified the mistakes I had made. Your complete honesty and frankness ("Eddie, don’t shoot yourself in the foot" and "Eddie, you talk too much") started producing results and I attended the interviews with more and more confidence. To make a long story short, I received a job offer - something which seemed totally inconceivable a few weeks before. In fact, a few months before leaving for Canada I had attended a seminar where other consultants advised me not to undertake a job search as employment opportunities were just not available in B.C. for someone with my field of expertise. I don’t believe in coincidences, and I am convinced that God pointed me in the right direction. Therefore, to say that we are extremely grateful is an understatement. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for everything; thank you for being prepared to assume the job search for me and for the professional way in which everything was undertaken. Although it is quite an expensive exercise for a South African to undertake, I can assure you that it was worth every cent (penny!). I am sure RWH International Inc. will go from strength to strength, and you can be certain that I will promote your firm to all aspirant immigrants.
